Classrooms on the UGA Campus
UGA has over 625 classrooms and learning spaces on campus, most with some type of AV technology.
CTL provides faculty with access to the technology in most of these spaces and regular support to ensure all aspects of the technology are fully functional.
CTL Classroom Support provides primary support for 150 general assignment classrooms with various levels of AV, data, and presentation technology. This office also provides technology training, equipment cabinet keys for general assignment classrooms where needed, and access to equipment.

CTL also provides secondary support to approximately 400 additional departmental classrooms, labs, conference rooms and other facilities scheduled by the controlling campus unit.
Keys to general assignment classroom equipment cabinets outside the MLC are available for check out to faculty from South Instructional Plaza. The Classroom Support Headquarters for CTL is located in room 170 Miller Learning Center.
CTL's Classroom Support has four support specialists who assist instructors in six different zones on campus. They have offices in each of the zones in order to provide timely response and support to faculty teaching in classrooms across campus. Classroom Technology Specialists respond to classroom trouble calls, schedule training sessions for faculty and TAs and monitor classroom equipment on a daily basis.

REPORTING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
If you need assistance with your classroom technology or need to report a technical problem, try the CTL hotline, 542-3456. This number will be answered from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Saturday, and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sunday.
